ALFREDO JOAQUIM SOARES FERREIRA was born on 28th November 1948, in 1975 he graduated in Electronic engineering, option of Telecommunications, and later (1991 and 1993) he got a Post Graduate qualifications in School Administration, and Business Planning Strategy, respectively. He lives in the city of Braga, Praça M. Elísio Araújo, nº 2, 3º. Works in OPorto, Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto (ISEP), Rua Dr. António Bernardino de Almeida, 431. Expert in Evaluation of Projects, since 2001. Independent consultant and professional trainer of Organizations and Institutions, gives support in management, training and accreditation.
Since 2006, he is President of “ENGENHO & OBRA” (http://www.engenhoeobra.org/), a Internacional Non-Governmental Organization for the Development, based in Portugal and Mozambique.
